Hayley + Jordan are one of those couples where just looking at them you can tell how epic their love story is, so it was only fitting that their mountain wedding was just as spectacular! Every detail of the day was so perfectly planned and they were gifted one of those perfect summer days. Their wedding quickly became one of my favourite weddings that I got that honour of shooting. As they are coming up on their first wedding anniversary I thought it was only fitting that I publish their wedding story on my new blog.

It is always so special to shoot with families in their baby's first year of life! The little ones are literally growing up in front of my camera, and that is so so special.
I have been lucky enough to shoot with the Raffey family twice now... first shortly after little baby Pierce arrived and now for his 6 month session. I am really excited to plan + shoot Pierce's ONE year photos coming up this fall!
This beautiful space was made for modern family sessions... well not really, it's a parking garage so it was made for other things but it just so happens to have the most amazing lighting!

There is a certainly beauty to a simple maternity session by the sea... this beautiful Momma is always amazing to shoot with and she sure makes pregnancy look STUNNING.

Spring is always my favourite time in the coast so clearly a family session in the cherry blossoms is right up my alley! I always love when my Calgary + Vancouver worlds collide, so when the Orellana family contacted me I was pretty excited to shoot with them... aren't they just the cutest??

Being from the Westcoast I always struggle with spring here in Calgary... let's just say it's not all that colourful ;) So when the Reynolds family said they were game for a spring shoot embracing Calgary's brown spring is was just tickled! This shoot wouldn't of been the same without the fabulous work of {Blackearth Floral}, their pieces were the perfect finishing touches to this family session!
Little Mr. Cooper is ONE! There is no better way to celebrate a first birthday than with a cake smash... and it's even BETTER when that cake is donuts made special by the always fabulous {Pretty Sweet}.
